Beer Travels in 2009 - summary.
I just thought, that I should summarize last year - trips, destinations, beer. Looking back I have to say - this was truthfully good year.
So, statistics:
• countries traveled: 9, all in old continent.
Italy in spring, April. Visited cities: Florence, Lucca, Siena, Pisa. A nice trip to remember! Short story about one particular object I visited near Lucca is here.
A few tips I recommend you to read about train travels in Italy is here.It was year ago but I think it's still valid in these days.

A trip to Latvia, Rundale's palace. Short story about it and pictures are here. It is said that this palace is beautiful as Tzar's palace in Russia, St. Peterburg.
Journey to Zakopane, Tatra's national park. I have been there few times, but I would like to come back there again and again. Read about this trip here.
Trip across Central Europe to Montenegro. This picture was taken in Slovakia, near the Rysy summit. Read the first part of this trip & more pictures here.

What left the biggest impression in 2009? Hard to choose one thing, but definitely I should mention: astonishing beauty of nature in Bosnia&Herzegovina. Old Italian cities (Siena, Lucca, Florence). Friendly and helpful people I met in Serbia. View from Tatra's mountains in Poland/Slovakia. Warm Adriatic sea in Montenegro. I have to say - it I would gladly visit all these countries and repeat these journey again and again.
And for the beer - first place I would give to Arany Aszok (Hungary), second place to Karmi (Poland), and third one to Niksicko Tamno (Montenegro). Try these if you come across!
